Only 3 stars (acceptable) because when accessing the Policy Documents via the MCE portal the file names used are poor i.e. "ow-E-CoveringletterNB" ... why not simply "MCE Welcome Letter"?
Another e.g. "policy schedules.pdf" means what? Insurance policy or breakdown policy? Anyway this file consisted of one blank page!
Attention to admin detail could be more professional. Presently confusing and sloppy.
