Your definitions are inflexible and semantically wrong. Particularly with reference to locked compounds.
Your customer service is inflexible. I am told I am getting a good deal when clearly I am not. The level of excess means the only value in the policy is for legal benefit. yet this is a good Deal.
At least deal with your customers honestly rather than over inflating the "deal" and the "extras" which are essentially irrelevant.
It seriously irks me that I am forced by law to give your company money
