I was very disappointed with the attitude of the member of staff i spoke to. First he was insisting there was a phone delay and was his excuse for talking over me. When i did raise a point he quickly spoke over me so there wasn't that much delay! that leads me to believe he was trying to stall me and keep me on the line for as long as possible. He asked me loads of questions regarding information you already have, i know things change but when your left on hold for nearly four minutes to then have another string of questions that could have been asked while i was on hold. He said he was waiting for the quote to come through, Really? all in all twenty minutes of my time taken for a renewal is poor. I did another quote afterwards on line in FIVE minutes and that was giving them all the information YOU already have! So Disappointed by his rude and stubborn attitude. Regards Garry Cooper.
