I have no problems with my policy or the contents of the policy the problem i have is getting hold of my documents from mce, i pay for full comprehensive and pay the full amount (which is taken straight away) every year for the last three years now around the 15th February and can't get hold of them until the day of the policy expiry date 7th March, it takes about three to four phone calls within that time i don't think this is acceptable if this happens again next year i think i will be going to another insurance company. It took one very nice lady Sharon Thurlow who couldn't see what the problem was two seconds to send me my documents.
