I just cancelled my insurance policy after 9 months because I sold my bike.
It figured out that they doesn't do any refunds because this is their "cancellation policy" (I pre-paid 12 months) so they just kept the rest of my money for free. Nice business deal! Wish I could have a business like this!
This is simply a bloody robbery.
