After 1 hour i renewed my insurance, and payed via phone, HSBC called me to ask if i subscribe for Amazon prime, i didn't, the details of my debit card was "cloned". The last payment before the insurance was 3 days before.
I don't have any legal proof to point the finger against mce, but obviously a massive suspect.
Nightmare experience.
