MCE's systems seem a bit chaotic, as I didn't receive my insurance documents even after telling them on the phone that I didn't have them. A second call however had a very helpful chap send them to me , on the spot, apologising for the failure of the automated system ... twice. So can't give them five stars, but will stretch to four. MCE .... bin your useless automated system, and leave it to PEOPLE. They are more reliable !
