I was on the phone for 45 minutes just to renew my policy. They guy said it was your procedure to ask for ALL the information again. Nothing had changed. Nothing.
Tedious beyond belief. If you don't fix this I will not renew again. It is entirely unnecessary and not my experience with other motor insurers.
