There was a mistake with my NCB with only counting 6 years instead of 7 years that I have. I was told that even with the change the policy would not be any cheaper, which when doing it myself on line it was. But with you already have my money for the full term so why would you refund anything.
If I had known this I would have gone somewhere else as with the correct number of NCB applied there were cheaper insurers.
