i called them to ask for my No Claim Bonus and not only the refused it to me but also the want to charge me 120 on the top of it. you call them to help you with something and all they care about is to charge you.
NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE A CLAIM.
