To be honest,i cant understand why you would charge admin fee's even though i have been with you a few years.Where's the customer loyalty.
I still havnt recieved my documents.
Making a phone call lasts nearly a hour.
Its very off putting.I can understand you guys are busy but as a customer i feel your service is starting to slip below par,which is a shame because when i do manage to get through the staff are always polite and helpful.
