Got no issues with the policy, but bloody hell it takes an age on the phone to get it. MCE, I know you have legal obligations but do you really think us punters listen to that robotic speed reading of all that legal jargon. I just kept thinking about how much it was costing me on the phone and I'd much rather read the small print at my own pace so I can understand it. Realise it's not just you its the insurance industry in general.
