1. After many years with MCE the price went up by about 40%-45%. Expected an increase through some small changes but not by that amount for a valued customer!!
2. The young girl on the phone was "robotic" reading at 1 million words per second all that I could read on the T's & C's. She was totally and utterly boring with no personality, or charisma whatsoever. I did not feel like a valued customer at all.
3. Despite taking out cover for the next year - I SHALL NOT BE RENEWING WITH MCE next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
