If asked, by email notification, to ring to renew my policy, I should not be asked upon ringing if I already have a quote.
When getting a quote I should not be informed that I can probably get a cheaper quote by not following the notification to ring but to disregard that notification and not ring and go on-line.
If I choose to be loyal to a company there should be a loyalty bonus for that loyalty. Not a higher price than for those who are not loyal.
