I did my insurance online and at no point on the breakdown part is there a drop down menu to upgrade the useless roadside cover. Yes I broke down,the 20 miles recovery then drop you off is rubbish, let alone £1.50 a mile there after to get you home.
Yes you can up grade but it takes a week from when you ring to become active but not on a sunday .Dont break down on a sunday ffs, and unless you live less than 20 miles from where you are its pointless. The call centre dont give a rats arse about your situation.
