Ive been with mce for around 3 years now, I'm happy with the cover and usually happy with the customer service. However, I phoned to renew my policy and the woman who I spoke to kept huffing and puffing after every answer I gave, added an accident that was over 5 years old and just generally didn't sound like she wanted to be there anymore. And to add insult to injury, gave me an expensive quote.
So I ended up doing a fresh quote by myself and got it for over 100 cheaper...
