They increased my policy at renewal by over 25% citing the most stupidest of reasons, the lady I spoke to seemed like she got out of bed on the wrong side.
Their 'aftercare' team contacted me a few days later I thought to ask about the experience but no, they were trying to sell me more products (coincidentally would've added another 25% onto the total policy cost)
I've had insurance with these guys over the years and it's sad to see that they have began the journey downhill, I guess greed always wins.
