Purchased Insurance on 13 August transferring from Carol Nash on recommendation. Had a puncture on 20th and refused recovery without agreeing to pay for it as your system did not show that I was entitled to free recovery so the rescue required up security £187.
It is clear that you have no intention of honouring your insurance and were quite happy to leave me stranded in the middle of my first weekend riding with my son.
I am very disappointed and more than a little disillusioned with your ability to care for me should I have need to call on you again.
I politely explained this to your breakdown operative who equally politely refused to connect me to her management although she was efficient in reading me your right to claim on my account despite the fault being your slow update of other system failure.
