Insured my bike on the 28th September, using the companies portal uploaded my no claims proof.
1 week later found out my bike is not insured, no contact from the insurance company. Also found out the upload portal keeps failing when trying to upload my no claims proof. I'm working abroad so phoning mce is extortionate.
