Renewed my insurance yesterday online. Have been with the company a good few tears now. I realised the postcode was wrong on the policy where I store my bike. Rang up to get this changed and was charged an extra £30 for the inconvenience. This will be the last money you get off me. Being a loyal customer doesn't seem to count for much these days.
