Literally Doubled my premium upon renewal. Had to compare online to make a dent in the renewal... "there is a discount for online" is a VERY poor defense for trying to legitimately rob me of over £250 - especially to a customer of the last few years with various bikes. 25 years old, 7 years no claims... premium only increases each year... not just MCE - all these companies take existing customers for complete idiots upon renewal.
