When taking out insurance the quote was £308. 00 there was a charge for monthly payments that totalled nearly £400.00 with an interest rate of 78% apr. I find this most disturbing when it’s not mentioned until you get the contract up to 48 hours later and not mentioned in the initial conversation. Please make it clear with other customers and this may be deemed as misrepresentation and taken up with the financial ombudsman.. please give all information and don’t mislead your customers.
