I renewed my same policy today and i did it with a guy who really eased my mind on the call and endured my worried personality. His name was Kevin Lewis in the bike section and i owe him for staying calm despite my not so pleasant, panicky attitude at the beginning. In the end i feel so grateful to have had HIM renew it. Great customer service. Thanks
