Any Company that still persists in using a costly 0844 tel no for Customer Service only deserves 1 star! Save a fortune and use 01933 351361 instead!
A 33% Broker Fee of £25.92 can't be justified on a premium of only £79.65.
This premium was justified by "Scooter premiums have risen a lot recently" yet mine is a 8yr old, 9bhp, 125cc motorcycle (V5C says so) with 17" wheels (Honda ANF "Innova" ) so definitely not a scooter.
