Customer service is poor. I was quoted an extra £60 after another year claim free and the couldn't explain why. I paid and got a receipt on the 3rd of January when my Insurance runs out 31st. Since then I have had six calls from them to see if I wanted to renew. Do they not look at the systems they operate. Poor Indeed - Wont be using them again.
