Asked MCE to explain why the Brokerage fee was so high (£250+) greater than the insurance premium itself and all they will do is stonewall, saying it would have been explained at time of taking out the policy.
Have been with MCE many years but am extremely unhappy with the way I have been treated and cannot recommend using this company on this basis.
