Your on line form declined my card, which after looking carefully at the policy I was quite glad about only to find out the next day you had took it and started a policy, I tried quite a few times to contact you the next day all to no avail, left me not knowing the state of my finances or my legal right to ride my bike This is not the type of service I would like or have time in my busy life to accommodate, then to get the run around when I didn't want to associate with your company, due to the reasons stated,
