Quick service once I was able to speak to an advisor. However, lines were constantly congested before that, and the website was very difficult to get a renewal quote online. (Why not call up last year's details?). We also discovered that incorrect details had been put in last year (engine size) so technically I hadn't been insured for a year ! Why not let people enter their registration number for an "instant" look up of vehicle details??? Other insurance do this !
