Awful. Cheap and Awful. hours on the phone for anything that isn't a direct sales meeting. 14-second loop on their hold music.
When I actually needed their help it took literally 17 hours over the course of weeks, each with a 40 minute hold wait at the start. Staff were rude and unhelpful
