A 20 min wait for my call to be picked up ,bad start.
The woman dealing with my renewal spent a lot of the call time trying to stifle fits of laughter,obviously something entertaining her and her colleagues in the office .but very unprofessional and not instilling me with confidence. Very nearly cancelled the call,still might cancel the policy.
