Straightforward renewal process and with no nasty surprises about costs going up despite no claims during the year, which is something that instead happens pretty often with other insurance companies.
To make it even better it would be nice having the ability to renew without re-entering all the info all over again about vehicle and insured person, since the assumption is that you already have all this in your system.
