I set up my policy and was quoted £30 more that i was online.... Moments after i check... But im like ok things change..
Next day i get a call from a lady saying there was some incrorrect infomation on my policy so it had not gone through. And no one had told me.
They fixed it and refunded (waiting for refund now) the deposite.. Felt like no one new what was going on.
