APPALLING SERVICE!
My car got hit on the 7th of JUNE, today is the 25th of JULY! I still have not received a solution to my case. Sent them everything they needed and requested, NO FOLLOW UP whatsoever!
Was on the phone to Accident Support team for 59 minutes to try and get a replacement car, but the outcome of that phone call was they were not able to give that support......
Tried using online chat. Another useless system, they just told me to call them, always placed on long hold and paying expensive charges!
