Painless process from beginning to end. The lady I spoke with was very polite and very knowledgeable, let me speak when I felt I needed to and listened very well, recalling aspects of our conversation when she needed to. You don't even have to listen to that monumental recording at the end any longer, which is ace lol. Cheapest quote on gocompare, and was slightly cheaper when I called them.
No idea what the claims process is like, and I'd prefer not to find out lol :D
