I have one real complaint however despite awarding four stars. I have four motorcycles and at renewal time despite stating that nothing has changed for me I have to go through the whole renew and data gathering on each and every bike. Then when I can’t remember something exactly the person doing the renewal tells me !!!! Pointless and ridiculous. One other thing that annoys is the will you be carrying a passenger ? The bike has two seats how on earth can you know in advance for a whole year if you’ll carry a passenger !!!! Stupid. Other than that all ok but as I’ve never claimed probably not saying much. I also have a van and two cars, one day a tremendous insurance company will come up with everything covered under one policy ??? Once that happens I will go with that company and never change. Please do not send me more advert emails happy to leave my email but not to be used
