As usual MCE was the cheapest. That’s good and despite me collecting 3 penalty points - it wasn’t much different in price from last year. One gripe though is that since renewing I have been contacted twice (once by phone) to tell me I haven’t renewed and am currently uninsured - simply because my address changed from last year. Bit disconcerting 🙈
