I called to renew my policy, I had reminders to let me know I had to and that was fine.
When I called I was quoted £225 with £900 excess. this was a £75 increase on my last policy.
I went online as a new customer and renewed a a price of £131 and zero excess. The difference was dumb founding and frankly ridiculous. I entered the same details as your operator and the outcomes were extreme.
Speaking to other motorcycle riders they encountered the same and move companies for this reason.
