Had a renewal through for £255 so was happy as was £570
The previous year on calling found this was for third party fire and theft not fully comp which I had before so it’s not a renewal! Rang through to get a cocky arrogant man got it to£460 then while he was working I went on a compare site and got £370 then he said I can do it for £360 so save you £10 so I said cancel the policy and send me my no claims to which he started laughing and said I’m saving you £10. I replied if you had done that in the first place
