Price is very good, but excess £950 very high with no choice. Currently awaiting final payout for No Blame accident, told 4 weeks, in third now.
Claim process very daunting you only find out when you have to use it. They appeared very sympathetic but once passed onto their solicitors Fletchers kept changing the person i was dealing with.
