I don't know how they do it so much cheaper than everywhere else, but I'm very happy with the on line quote I received through Confused.com. The online payment system at MCE was down, so had to complete over the phone, but it was straightforward and all done in under 20 minutes. The adviser I dealt with was polite and efficient.
