“The worst customer service ever”
As being a foreigner in England they were absolutely disgraceful with my colleague. It shows they have never lived abroad and have NO idea how hard it is to make an insurance on the phone.
They were not helpful at all, didn’t acknowledge the emails he sent!! It was easier to just cancel the whole policy and the end they charged him £64.00 for cancellation
Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!!!
