Insurance company ignored the fact I was in hospital with a spinal injury and ended my insurance when I came out of hospital and still charged 30 pound extra each month when I was unable to move.
Had no contact for 6 months after accident and still have not sorted the claim situation. Terrible service do not insure with this company.
