Got this insurance as it was the best quote, should have know if it’s sounds too good to be true it usually is. Just put a claim in thinking a £250 excess was agreed now been notified that I need to pay £1,350 excess!!!! This appears to have been written in the small print and I was not notified or made aware ahead of a claim.
Ok if you never need to make a claim not so good if you do.
Will be reporting to trading standards as hide this excess in small print and don’t make you aware until a claim is made.
