Happy with renewal price although you need to re-enter all your details which can be a pain. I have had issues few times with the drop down menus for years of NCB etc. The excess is quite high and maybe offering excess insurance could be an idea. Have been with them for about 8 years and their prices still competitive although others are catching quickly.
