Bought on line ok.
Have now tried 5 times to get through to a sales advisor to sort out a couple of queries. Each time waited 15 minutes before giving up .
Tried e mail and still no reply 2 days later. Cheap comprehensive cover but shocking customer service.
Don’t buy unless you are certain of all the questions online.
Live chat not too bad but can’t answer questions.
