It is ridiculous that each year I am treated as a brand new customer. The process has to be started from scratch with a new quote. As a customer this is really irritating and the answer of staff is just... That the way we do it.
That's just not good enough.
If there isn't a reason for doing it, then stop and be more customer focused.
