I am sorry to say that your Call Centre is appalling. I struggled to understand the person that I was connected to and she was unable to answer my query. She then disconnected my call. I re - contacted, was told that I was to be transferred to another department and was agin disconnected.
I then attempted to make payment on - line. Your system would not connect to my Bank to authorise payment. I abandoned this.
Eventually I managed to speak with someone who was able to process my renewal although again the telephone connection was poor and I struggled to understand him. He was however unfailingly polite and patient.
I also attempted on - line 'chat. No - one answered after an unacceptable delay.
I view my renewal experience as an hour of my life wasted.
On the plus side your premiums are favourable.
