Ok at giving you insurance, but no notice of renewal date? and will not send proof of no claims discount even though calling them twice within a week, (costing money to call) although promising to send by email 24hours and also by post, have received nothing in 2 weeks, this as caused my new insurer to cancel my new policy !! many thanks MCE
