Although they were the cheapest. I did everything online as this was the advice given by MCE. Once i followed the steps to renew my policy i was then informed i had to call MCE to complete my renewal. Ive had no change of address, no claims, no change of bike and pay in full each year so why do you ask me to call in?....its because the number they give you is a premium number when calling from a mobile and that call cost me £21
Not renewing again even if they are cheapest. Pretty sure the regulators will want to look into this.
