The phone service was excellent and the lady dealt with me even though it was past closing time, which I really appreciated (although I had been on hold 30 minutes). I tried to use the online Renew, but it seems to have a fault, in that if you have had a claim (theft) previously it lumps it all in with the accident page (which I have not had), so you cannot progress beyond that point as I had no details to put in the boxes as they were not applicable! Very annoying.
